In road safety, results are everything, which is why our program was developed using a structured scientific foundation. This program summarizes in five steps all the necessary actions to reduce road accidents in companies by over 95%, eliminating the high levels of subjectivity and false paradigms that have led to the failure of road safety management systems.

QUANTIFICATION OF POPULATION AT RISK
Many companies know how many employees use motorcycles for work-related purposes; however, they lack mechanisms to detect the risk of motorcycle travel by other personnel not directly involved with the fleet. This includes everyone from management to administrative, sales, and operational staff. This information allows us to protect operations and intervene to ensure the safety of all personnel at risk of motorcycle accidents.

INITIAL DIAGNOSIS
We individualize the risk level independently according to training, exposure time, vehicle technology level, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
With this information, we prioritize efforts and create an organized and efficient action plan based on two simple actions: Reduce frequency and reduce severity.

REDUCTION OF SEVERITY
This is the most important action, delivering immediate results and the best cost-efficiency ratio of the plan.
It initially consists of equipping motorcyclists with certified personal protective equipment for the protection of vital organs (these protections are responsible for saving lives), and in the second phase, the protection of the limbs is carried out (this protective equipment reduces injuries).
This stage allows for complete legal protection of the company and, in turn, guarantees real reductions in morbidity and mortality of over 95%.

FREQUENCY REDUCTION
This phase, regularly called prevention, is medium to long term. It consists of implementing actions that reduce the frequency (quantity) of events, where we rely on zero-cost tools for the company, such as internal policies and applying new approaches in its training.
The main effort focuses on the professionalization of drivers and the modernization of vehicles (remorization). With prevention efforts, an approximate 30% reduction in the number of accidents can be achieved, since it has been scientifically proven that two-thirds of accidents involving a motorcycle are not the fault of the motorcyclist.

ADOPTION OF A ROAD SAFETY CULTURE
Culture is the best tool against bureaucracy. Behavioral change is impossible without activating brain neuroplasticity and adopting a safety culture based on the objective measurement of results within the organization. In this phase, we implement objective results measurement tools and develop communication and ongoing training strategies to guarantee long-term results.
